Some services are provided on a capped or negotiated fixed fee basis. This means that the labour charge for those services will not exceed the price quoted. Please see the tables below for details.

Design and Build of Website
Pricing for website design and build will be quoted on a per website basis and will be dependant on the level of complexity of the website required. Other factors that will affect cost include:
- Volume of data to be added to the website by us once the website has been created. This would be classed as a webmaster activity and charged accordingly (see “Additional Services” charges below).
- Purchasing costs of software add-ons that are specific to your website.
The following table shows approximate prices that I charge for websites depending on the type of website required. Please note that these prices are not fixed and should be used as a guideline only to give you an idea of cost. They also do not include time spent on uploading information (e.g. photographs, product details, news articles, etc) to the site once the site has been created.

Callouts
Where possible I will provide our services remotely by requesting you to download a program from the internet (with full instructions) that will allow us to remotely control your computer. If this is not possible, for instance if your internet connection is down, or your computer isn’t working at all, or you simply prefer me to come to you, I provide a callout facility.
If you need anyone to come and visit you, I will come out to your location and provide my services on your own premises. In the event that I need to take your equipment away and work on it on my own premises, then I will do this and return the equipment back to your premises.
There is no fee for callouts within the area shown in the map above, however a minimum labour fee will apply (see Standard Charge Rate table above for minimum charges).
Please note that I generally only provide callout for the area shown in the map above. If you live outside this area and want to call me out this can be provided for an additional negotiated non-refundable fee.
Guarantees
A “no fix no fee” guarantee applies to all the services that are offered. If your problem, or request hasn’t been fulfilled to your satisfaction, you pay nothing (except for out of area additional callout fees which are non-refundable).
All work is guaranteed for a period of one year from completion.
